A Special Preschool Day

Kaitlyn was pleased to have mom and dad visit her pre-school today. She was able to exchange valentines, sing and sign special songs, and make crafts. She was really happy to frost sugar cookies and show us the guinea pig she holds daily (We didn't even know!) It was a fun day and we are blessed we were able to attend her special day.

Valentine's....DONE!

Ally's friend Kaiden came over just as we finished Valentines...YEAH!!!

Now that the girls are in school, they get to fill out Valentines. I've looked forward to this for a long time...but didn't think it would take 5 days to get them done! I finally get my kitchen table back :) Kaitlyn was so good at keeping focus. As for sister, she did a great job too but the attention span...holy cow! I guess I have to give her more credit....25 first and last names and her own. She's really progressed over the last few months and we are so proud of her! Jeremy and I get to attend a Valentine party this week...it'll be so much fun to help passing out their special cards to friends and being there with our little princess.

Fun in the Sun...In February?!

The girls friends, Quilin and Quiara were over today...they played on the backside of the property for most of the afternoon...the tree we're trying to save was the highlight of the afternoon. Last year we cut most of it down, due to some disease. New braches are beginning to grow and we hope it doesn't take too long for it to grow back. It was such a pretty tree!

Peek-A-Boo!

Camo, Camo Bo Bamo!

The sun was shining so pretty, I had to get a pic of the the beautiful trees!

Thelma Marie Claire and Clarence Leslie

Andrea's paternal grandparents. This was grandmothers high school graduation 1938 and Grandfather's South Korea 1956 US Army Core of Engineers.

Great Grandma and Grandpa

We love our visits with Great Grandma and Grandpa...wish we saw them more than we do. Love you Grandma and Grandpa!!!

I found this on my Grandpa's computer...this was a picture of me and girls this last fall. I love Ally's missing teeth!

Andrea's Dad, George

Dad was about 6 or 7 in this picture. This picture was taken in El Paso, TX

These black and white photos were taken in Lechlade, England in 1953. Dad is the chunk in the photo...so cute! My grandfather said it was probably around Easter.

Dad and his two brothers, Leslie (oldest) and Timothy (2nd oldest)

Thanks Grandpa for these great photos!!!

3 Generations!

Another Photo Shoot...

Ally and Kaitlyn love taking photos! These are a few we took at Great Grandpa's this afternoon. Kaitlyn really wanted her turn! Jeremy and I love the lower lip!

Audrey's 7!

My girls live for the cousin birthday parties! We were able to celebrate Audrey's birthday.

Audrey blowing out the candles!

The kids have learned hold their perm-a-grins for the group photos!

Sidney was so quick to pose for this shot. It was so cute!

Kaitlyn and Ally's Photo Session

Animals arranged just right.

Their friend Hannah took this picture.

Kaitlyn posed as she held "Camo" her puppy. She sleeps with it every night.

The Holiday Program....late is better than never!

Ally was thrilled to be able to have her holiday program. Her kindergarten class got to perform Christmas songs in January (due to the snow closures). She had a blast singing "I'm getting nothing for Christmas" and "Suzie Snowflake". We're glad all the practice didn't go wasted.

Ally had lots of support for her on stage performance...Grandma

and....so many others! Sidney, Audrey, Lauren, Rachael, Aunt Katie and Grandpa!

3. I never imagined I would own goats. I now have 2 female pigmy goats.

I loved it and read the entire series in two weeks. Now, I love to read but had to promise the family it wouldn’t cut into their time :}

7. I have a firm testimony in the love of our Savior Jesus Christ.
8. My girls’ middle names are after my maternal grandmother (Rosemary) and Jeremy’s paternal grandmother (Gabriel). They happen to look like each side of the family they’re named after.
9. I love tropical trips.
10. I got married at the age of 20

Family Night

This was our opportunity to have an evening with Grandma and Grandpa and celebrate her birthday (even though we forgot to sing Happy Birthday). We had a nice dinner and were able to have a lesson on being "A Child of God" we all made crowns indicating that we're all princesses and princes of our Heavenly Father. The lesson had an impact on the girls and we were grateful mom and dad were able to join in our fun family evening.

Our Sleeping Beauty!

Kaitlyn will fall asleep anywhere (except in our arms). These sleepy moments came in a matter of seconds. They caught me off guard and I had to snap these shots.

No Holiday Program :(

Kaitlyn came home from her first day back at school and had her backpack FULL of Christmas stuff that she and her tutors made in class the week before Christmas break. This is the reindeer costume she was going to wear in her holiday program (which had to be canceled). She was SO excited to put in on when she got off the bus. She wore it all afternoon.

New Year's Day

Unfortunately, we missed out on Jeremy's mom's birthday, but we were happy for the opportunity to get together with my mom's side of the family. We usually get together on Christmas Eve (rotating homes each year), then have Christmas breakfast at a restaurant (Great Grandma's treat). This year due to the weather we were unable to get together at all. Luckily, weather improved and the opportunity arose to meet on New Year's Day. Grandma is so sweet in getting us together and treating us with a wonderful breakfast.

Kevin, Heather and baby Mya. It was Mya's first trip to a restaurant. She is the sweetest and most beautiful baby ever!!! Kevin and Heather are great parents!

Happy New Year!!!

For the last two years we've been able to get together with our friends Jason & Arica. They have 4 sweet little girls (two of them are Ally and Kaitlyn's ages). All the girls get along so well and had a blast staying up late. Kaitlyn almost made it until midnight, but missed out on the pan banging and shouting "Happy New Year" to the neighborhood.
