Excursion: Sail, Snorkel & Beach Party

We rode this out to the opposite side of Cozumel. It was a 4 hour excursion that took us to see beautiful mexican waters. It was quite the sight! Even the water in the Bahamas wasn't this blue!

We were happy we knew what to expect this time (I was quite fearful last time). We enjoyed every moment of the the snorkeling. Jeremy took quite a few dives to see what he could touch. We saw several fish and some coral...no sting ray this time.

It was quite relaxing spending time together.

Jeremy got to spend maybe 5 minutes in this hammock...then it was time to go :(

We were also able to enjoy the toys in the water. A couple climbing walls with a slide on the opposite side AND trampolines. It was pretty fun!

The Sunsets

We really enjoyed watching the skies each night. These were taken on our last night at Sea.

The Towels

Each morning and night our room gets a cleaning. One of the jokes on the ship is about "the people" who take pictures of their towels in their rooms. They can laugh all they want! On our cruise in 2004, we thought we had an extra nice maid that was quite talented. It wasn't until our last day that we realized each cabin gets the cute towels LOL!

Let the games begin!

Our little t-ball player had her first practice this evening. She had a blast being with her friends and learning how to throw and hit the ball.

This was her second hit...she did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work Ally!

Kaitlyn's Name

We've been working with Kaitlyn on her letters. She gets caught up on those K's and Y's. I can tell she's been practicing at pre-school also. I told her to sign her name last Tuesday (on her cousin Ksenya's birthday card). This time, she didn't even ask for help...she drove right in and did a marvelous job! Way to go Kaitlyn!

The Hair

We were at church last Sunday and a little girl came into the chapel, sitting in the pew next to us. The little girl was adorable and Jeremy made comments about how cute she was and was especially amazed by her hair. He mentioned how I HAD to do that to the girls' hair. He enjoyed seeing Ally's hair done the next day.

Daddy and his little girls

The girls and I were thrilled when daddy brought home flowers for Valentines Day. A single red rose for each girl and a dozen for mommy. We are the luckiest girls in the world to have a daddy and hubby so sweet :0)

Sisterly Love

One of the worst tasks of the day is getting Kaitlyn to drink her milk each night (She would sit there for hours if we would let her). Ally was a great help last night (she knew mom and dad were cranky and she did everything she could to cheer us up). She put Kaitlyn on her lap and helped Kaitlyn gulp the milk down. I caught them exchanging kisses on the cheek. I'm glad they have each other...they really are loving sisters. Don't ya just love the pizza left on Kaitlyn's cheek :)

A Special Preschool Day

Kaitlyn was pleased to have mom and dad visit her pre-school today. She was able to exchange valentines, sing and sign special songs, and make crafts. She was really happy to frost sugar cookies and show us the guinea pig she holds daily (We didn't even know!) It was a fun day and we are blessed we were able to attend her special day.

Valentine's....DONE!

Ally's friend Kaiden came over just as we finished Valentines...YEAH!!!

Now that the girls are in school, they get to fill out Valentines. I've looked forward to this for a long time...but didn't think it would take 5 days to get them done! I finally get my kitchen table back :) Kaitlyn was so good at keeping focus. As for sister, she did a great job too but the attention span...holy cow! I guess I have to give her more credit....25 first and last names and her own. She's really progressed over the last few months and we are so proud of her! Jeremy and I get to attend a Valentine party this week...it'll be so much fun to help passing out their special cards to friends and being there with our little princess.

Fun in the Sun...In February?!

The girls friends, Quilin and Quiara were over today...they played on the backside of the property for most of the afternoon...the tree we're trying to save was the highlight of the afternoon. Last year we cut most of it down, due to some disease. New braches are beginning to grow and we hope it doesn't take too long for it to grow back. It was such a pretty tree!
